Nove.cash

What is Nove? The on-chain referral protocol, explained

Nove (nove.cash) is a referral protocol that runs entirely as a program on the Solana blockchain. Members buy units at 1 USDC or USDT each; every purchase is split by code — 50% back to the buyer, 43% across nine levels of the buyer's referral network, 2% to the Pioneer pool and 5% to the protocol treasury. The upgrade authority has been revoked, so no one can change these rules.

Nove in one paragraph

Think of Nove as network marketing with the company removed. There is no firm collecting the money and deciding the payouts: a public Solana program receives each purchase, splits it in the same transaction and credits every share to the right wallet. Members connect their own wallet (MetaMask, Phantom or Solflare), join through an invite link, and claim what they are owed whenever they want.

Where every cent goes

Each unit costs exactly 1 USDC or 1 USDT. The split is compiled into the program:

  • 50% to the buyer, credited instantly.
  • 43% to the nine uplines above the buyer: 15%, 9%, 6%, 4%, 2.5%, 2%, 1.5%, 1% and 2% from level 1 to level 9.
  • 2% to the Pioneer pool, shared by at most 100 positions.
  • 5% to the protocol treasury.

Shares that nobody can take — a level with no member, a level the member hasn't unlocked, or the share of a member who is inactive — are not redistributed: they go to the treasury. The rules never move money toward anyone the split does not name.

How a member takes part

  1. Receive an invite link from an existing member. Nove is invite-only: every member has a sponsor, which fixes their place in the network forever.
  2. Connect a Solana-compatible wallet and register. Nove never holds your keys or your funds.
  3. Buy the weekly minimum to become active for 7 days. It starts at 10 units and rises every two active weeks — 10, 10, 20, 20, 30, 30, 40, 40 — up to a steady 50 units a week.
  4. While active you earn from levels 1 and 2 of your network. The units you buy in a week unlock deeper levels: 10 units open level 3, 25 level 4, 50 level 5, 100 level 6, 200 level 7, 350 level 8 and 500 level 9.
  5. Claim your balance to your wallet at any time while you are active.

Why immutability matters

A Solana program can normally be replaced by whoever holds its upgrade authority. Nove's upgrade authority has been revoked with an irreversible on-chain transaction: the percentages, the nine levels, the weekly minimums and the payout logic can no longer be modified — not by the authors, not by anyone. There is no admin panel and no pause button. You can check this yourself on any Solana explorer, or on the live Nove in numbers page.

Ranks and prizes

On top of the split, members climb nine ranks, from Bronze to Crown Ambassador, based on the volume of their network over 30 days. From Platinum up, each rank unlocks a one-time cash prize: $250, $750, $2,500, $7,500, $25,000 and $75,000. Prizes are a promotional program run by a separate on-chain rewards program and paid from its own public vault — they never come out of the members' split.

What Nove is not

  • Not an investment: units do not earn interest and there is no promised return.
  • Not custodial: nobody holds member funds; balances live in the program and only their owner can claim them.
  • Not a token: there is no Nove coin to buy, sell or pump. Everything is settled in USDC or USDT.

Quick answers

What is Nove.cash?

Nove.cash is the website of Nove, an immutable referral protocol on Solana. Members buy units at 1 USDC each; the program returns 50% to the buyer, pays 43% across nine referral levels, 2% to the Pioneer pool and 5% to the protocol treasury.

Which blockchain does Nove use?

Solana mainnet. The protocol program ID is DA214e5LFbj1WARXzu89k295azhKCGMFcVicsm7CsfpL.

Can I join Nove without an invite?

No. Nove is invite-only: you need a link from an existing member, who becomes your sponsor.

Does Nove have its own token?

No. There is no Nove token. Every purchase and payout is in USDC or USDT on Solana.

Who controls Nove?

Nobody can change it. The program's upgrade authority has been revoked, so its rules are permanent and enforced by Solana itself.
